What’s the opportunity?
We’re looking for a driven problem‑solver with AI fluency and business acumen who can partner with senior business stakeholders to identify and develop high‑impact AI transformation opportunities. As a Director on the AI Business Enablement team, you will own a sub‑segment within a Line of Business or Function — driving opportunity identification, solution concept development, and program framing in close collaboration with your vertical leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Business stakeholder engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with VP/SVP‑level business leaders within your sub‑segment; understanding their priorities, pain points, and transformation opportunities.
- Pipeline development: Identifying, sizing, and developing AI transformation opportunities within your sub‑segment — contributing to a rigorous pipeline with quantified value hypotheses ready for delivery intake. ...
