• Develop deep relationships within assigned hyperscale and colocation accounts
• Maintain detailed account plans for hyperscale and colocation customer territory
• Identify opportunities, build pipeline, and manage sales cycle to completion
• Present data center solutions, understand customer requirements, and develop proposals
• Collaborate with sales engineering and regional teams to negotiate commercial terms
• Stay ahead of APAC data center market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
