Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly close process, including timelines, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting packages
- Maintain accounting policies, procedures, controls, and chart of accounts governance
- Oversee AP, procurement, vendor management, cash management, and treasury operations
- Manage bank access, fraud prevention, and accounting control processes
- Lead external audit coordination and oversee tax and compliance processes
- Own and improve accounting systems, integrations, and workflows
- Drive automation and AI adoption to improve efficiency and scalability
- Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Payroll, and Revenue Finance
- Lead, coach, and develop accounting team members
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
