What does the CRM team do
The Japan Client Relationship Management (CRM) team is accountable for managing client relationships with payment ecosystem stakeholders such as banks, financial institutions, platformers, eCommerce companies, wallet providers, and Fintech.
The CRM team also works in collaboration with Product, Finance, Legal, Client Services teams and other business function at Visa to drive client relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities of this position:
- Manage and enhance existing relationships with local, regional, and global Fintech companies in Japan, while identifying and capitalizing on key business opportunities for core products and Value-Added Services (VAS).
