We are seeking a Talent Assessment & Skills Validation Lead to ensure that our AI-driven platforms and assessments accurately identify, validate, and develop critical workforce skills — fairly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Design and validate psychometric and behavioral assessments that measure technical, cognitive, and human skills aligned to business-critical capabilities.
Translate job roles and tasks into measurable skill constructs to support career pathing, upskilling, and internal mobility.
Create frameworks to continuously evaluate employee skills through structured assessments, self‑evaluations, performance data, and peer feedback.
