- High-visibility role with strong cross-functional engagement (R&D, MS&T, Finance, Procurement, EHS&S, OPEX)
- Ability to drive innovation, standardization, and reliability improvements across a global network
- Platform for progression into senior director MTS roles or site SLT roles
How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Act as Global SME for OSD manufacturing and Engineering BP for the NA & LATAM regions
- Covering NA sites - Davie, SLC W & E, Adeno, Edison, Fairfield, Cincinnati, Canada and LATAM sites - Guadalajara, Maipu, Munro
