Dining Room | Culinary Services Manager

As Culinary Services Manager for a V!VA Community, you will be empowered to manage all aspects of the food service department, including the main dining room, the pub, Perks!, and the Assisted Living dining room. You will mentor a team of approximately 20 culinary service team members and work alongside the Executive Chef to deliver a consistently superior culinary program throughout the Community.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of the food services department
• Work closely with the Executive Chef to deliver superior service to the Community Members
• Ensure quality food delivery, dining and catering service, set up and clean up of dining rooms, and presentation of all areas including the Pub
• Role model and drive excellence in customer service throughout the Community
