Dining Crew

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and quality.
• Monitor tables and dining areas to anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
• Clear and clean tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
• Follow health and safety standards, including food handling and hygiene practices.
• Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining an organized dining area.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience: Prior experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage but not always required.
