Dining Crew/ FOH

Job Description:

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and ready for guests.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Assist with food and beverage service, ensuring prompt and efficient accommodation.

Qualification:

• Educational Qualification: A High School Diploma or a Diploma in hospitality management or a related field is required.
• Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a dining setting.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, customer-oriented mindset, and proficient in written and verbal communication
• Working Conditions: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized
