Responsibilities
- Provide expert‑level markup, interpretation, and guidance of complex utility engineering records, as‑builts, and historical plan sets
- Conduct rigorous QA/QC on digitized deliverables to ensure absolute accuracy
- Manage and lead delivery‑focused teams to complete utilities research projects
- Own scheduling, prioritization, and resource allocation for projects
- Mentor junior employees by sharing industry and technical knowledge
