**About DHL Supply Chain**: As the Robotics and Digitalization Sr Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our robotics, automation, and digitalization initiatives. You will play a crucial role in defining our technology strategy, managing projects, and leading a team of experts. Your responsibilities include:
**Job Purpose**: Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related. 5+ years of experience in project management area. Knowledge and experience in personnel management and in manufacturing and logistics management (internal and/or contractors). Financial knowledge of projects. Knowledge of robot engineering and experience with projects related to robotics Experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractors. Management experience in project execution, with strong, well-developed communication, influencing and coaching skills Fluent English is a must.
