Role Overview

The volunteer will support PSOJ in developing an actionable digital maturity pathway for SMEs. Responsibilities include boosting efficiency, streamlining processes through automation, and introducing innovative digital tools that deliver real business impact.

Responsibilities

• Create the SME Digital Maturity Framework and Assessment Tool.
• Develop the SME Automation and Digital Tools Toolkit.
• Implement the Digital Adoption Pathway and Pilot Programme with selected organizations.
