Responsibilities

• Develop the SME Digital Maturity Framework and Assessment Tool.
• Create the SME Automation and Digital Tools Toolkit.
• Implement the Digital Adoption Pathway and Pilot Programme with selected organizations.
• Guide the Executive Director through the adoption pathway, evaluate organizations' readiness to utilize the toolkit, and measure improvements in productivity and the extent of process automation achieved.
