Digital Transformation Manager

We're hiring an Enterprise Planning Digital Transformation Lead to drive a large-scale digital supply chain transformation program for a global organization, spanning factories, clusters, and central teams across multiple countries.

What you'll own:

🔹 Lead in-scope transformation initiatives — on-time, on-budget, on-scope delivery

🔹 Own the program roadmap, dependencies, and risk management across Enterprise Planning streams

🔹 Drive future operating model design for enterprise planning deployment (OMP/Kinaxis or equivalent)

🔹 Enable standardized Production Sequencing through digital tech, integrated with MES/ERP

🔹 Shape Cluster Operating Model design for Demand & Supply Planning technology at scale

🔹 Build Inventory Management foundations with a data-driven approach

🔹 Embed digital analytics — standardized KPIs, reporting, dashboards
