**REQUIRED SKILLS**:- Hands-on experience with PLM systems (Teamcenter or equivalent) in L2/L3 support roles.
- Experience in system monitoring, job scheduling, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users and cross-functional teams.
