Role Overview
The Senior Associate Digital Renewal Representative is responsible for managing multiple customer renewal cycles across regional accounts, ensuring timely, accurate renewals while supporting customer retention and growth. The role engages directly with customers on renewal discussions, identifies churn risks and expansion opportunities, and collaborates with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and partners. The candidate demonstrates strong time management, customer focus, and the ability to execute renewals with increasing independence using CRM tools and playbooks. The role is Monday to Friday with an expectation of being in-office 3 days per week.
