We are looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to work with us within one of our clients, a leading international insurance company involved in Retail and eCommerce digital transformation projects. The role will be based in Barcelona with a hybrid working model.
Tasks
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects.
- Define scope, roadmap, timelines, risks and deliverables with stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Marketing, IT and vendors.
- Drive initiatives related to CRM, Marketing Automation, Customer Experience and digital platforms.
- Monitor progress, manage dependencies and ensure quality delivery.
- Prepare governance materials, executive reporting and steering committees.
- Support customer journeys, data flows and continuous improvement initiatives.
