About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Total Workforce Management & People Analytics, the Digital Product Owner – People Analytics owns the vision, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise People Analytics and Listening platforms, including Visier and Qualtrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for People Analytics and Listening solutions.
• Manage the product backlog and delivery lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
• Translate business needs into clear, scalable product requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure robust integration of Visier with HRIS, VMS, cloud data platforms, and workforce planning solutions.
• Own Qualtrics as the enterprise Listening platform, supporting Employee Experience, Customer Experience, and Service Experience use cases across the organization.
