The Opportunity

As our Digital & Process Management Lead based in Sant Cugat,Spain, you will influence the global deployment and ongoing improvement of DOP’s processes, systems, and data. Your work will shape the Diagnostics Global Operations transformation and impact supplier value creation worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Digitalization & Innovation: Identify, plan, and execute digitalization initiatives (e.g., process automation, tool deployment). Orchestrate stakeholders, develop business cases, drive user adoption, and benchmark digital procurement capabilities.
• Global Initiatives (ASPIRE & iCollab): Represent DOP in the Roche‑wide ASPIRE transformation program (D2P stream). Deliver project milestones, lead end‑to‑end process design, and transition projects into sustainable operations.
