Position Summary

The Digital Platforms Manager leads the delivery, sustainment, release discipline, and continuous evolution of Concert’s enterprise business platforms, anchored by the Yardi ecosystem and extending across the broader application, web, and digital channel landscape.

This role owns the platform backlog and day-to-day sequencing for the Digital Platforms & Delivery portfolio within agreed governance guardrails. The role balances new capability, sustainment, operational risk, platform health, technical debt, and business priority, while ensuring platform work remains aligned to portfolio governance and quarterly commitments.
