In this role you will lead delivery of Digital People u0026amp; Culture and People Services projects, shaping scoping, vendor management, and governance. You’ll apply Scrum/Agile or Waterfall, drive planning through go‑live, ensure quality, timelines and budget, and oversee transition to run. You’ll collaborate with global teams and external vendors, and may serve as Scrum Master for pure agile projects.
