Responsibilities

• Be a key member of a Core Banking Transformation squad, providing deep knowledge of ING products, services, channels, and local payment regulations.
• Act as Product Owner, coordinating demand, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring alignment between business needs, operational requirements, and the platform roadmap.
• Identify products or services that best meet the customer’s needs, propose quantities and configurations, and represent the voice of the customer (external and internal) to improve processes.
• Analyze data to extract operational information for decision making; create reports for Operations using MicroStrategy, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and analyze evolutions, trends, and volumes to enhance customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate daily with suppliers; detect incidents, report and track them, and propose and monitor improvement measures.
