As our new Digital Order & Interaction Junior Specialist , you will be coordinating digital order processing and customer interactions, serving as a critical link between our Manila operations and the US Customer Sales & Support Center (CSSC) Front Office team.

This role will support our North America market; hence, you will work on a night shift schedule: 9 pm to 6 am PHT.
