We're hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong communication and persuasion skills to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid media. Youll support the marketing team, own performance KPIs end-to-end, and turn insights into growth.
Responsibilities
- Developing marketing strategies and plans to achieve marketing targets and business objectives. This includes identifying target markets, analyzing customer needs, and determining the most effective marketing approaches.
- Build and execute paid media plans across Meta, Google/YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, and X/Twitter; own budgets, pacing, and daily optimization.
- Run structured A/B tests (audience, creative, placements, bidding, landing pages) and scale winners methodically.
