About the role:

We are seeking a highly driven, hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager to support and grow a portfolio of clients across the MedSpa, cosmetic, aesthetics, and private‑pay healthcare sectors.

This is not a traditional “campaign coordinator” role. We are looking for a performance‑minded operator who can combine digital marketing expertise with strong client communication, problem‑solving, and operational accountability in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

The ideal candidate understands how to connect campaign performance to real business outcomes including lead quality, conversion performance, client retention, and account growth.
