About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own and drive Kissflow's integrated digital growth strategy across organic, paid, AI search, account-based marketing (ABM), conversion rate optimization (CRO) and omnichannel presence. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can execute, optimize, scale programs, develop a high-performing team and deliver measurable pipeline impact.
Key Responsibilities
What We're Looking For:
8–10 years of experience in B2 B digital marketing. Strong experience across both organic and paid growth channels. Proven ownership of marketing budgets with accountability for pipeline or revenue outcomes. Prior experience managing and developing teams. Background in Enterprise B2 B or Saa S environments. Understanding of long sales cycles, multiple decision-makers, and account-based marketing.
