What You'll Be Doing & The Skills We Need:
- Paid Acquisition Specialist (Meta & Google Ads)
- Comfortable doing deep dive in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads dashboards to manage and scale campaigns.
- Highly attuned to the diminishing returns threshold. You know exactly when ad spend has plateaued relative to conversions or qualified lead generation, ensuring we don't burn budget unnecessarily.
- Sharp understanding of how conversion rates correlate with upstream metrics like CTR, CPC, and frequency.
- Fast at iterating; you can spot campaign fatigue early and swiftly adjust targeting, settings, or creatives to keep things fresh.
