Digital Infra: M&A Project Analyst (Secondment)

La posición de Transaction Project Manager es una oportunidad de 6meses en un segundo puesto interno dentro del equipo PMO de Project Vega en Ferrovial Digital Infrastructure.

We are seeking a motivated Transaction Project Manager, strongly integrated into a fast‑paced, confidential transaction environment. The candidate will have solid experience in M&A transaction processes, corporate development, project finance, and/or bid and tendering management, ideally acquired within Ferrovial or a similar infrastructure concession environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Documentation Management : Prepare, organize, and maintain all transaction‑related documentation, including information memoranda, management presentations, Q&A logs, due diligence trackers, and Board/investment committee materials.
