Digital IC Physical Design Engineer – RTL to GDSII

Bell Ward Malaysia in Selangor seeks an experienced Physical Design Engineer to contribute to next‑generation chip development with global teams. You will execute digital LSI/ASIC physical design across the full flow, optimize synthesis strategies, and drive P&R activities through CTS, routing, and sign‑off.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in electrical/electronics/computer engineering and 3–10 years of hands‑on RTL‑to‑GDSII experience, plus proficiency with major EDA tools.
