Digital Fundraising Specialist

Salary Range: $63,323.32 To $80,295.12 Annually

(This position is covered under CUPE Bargaining Unit)

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

Initially reporting to the Director, Growth & Fundraising Strategy*, the Digital Fundraising Specialist will be responsible for delivering digital strategies and campaigns that maximize revenue from existing supporters, across email, SMS and other direct digital channels. This role will also support donor retention and development initiatives, and therefore work to enhance long‑term supporter value, by helping to design and implement digital communications as part of donor journeys and ongoing donor communication programs.

*From 2027, it is expected that this role will report to the Donor Development Manager.*
