Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Workday implementations, enhancements, and ongoing production support across modules such as HCM Core, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, or Financials.
• Conduct requirement workshops, gather business needs, and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Configure Workday business processes, security, reports, and integrations as per client requirements.
• Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and deliver end-to‑end Workday solutions.
• Provide expertise in workstream planning, testing, change management, and deployment.
• Drive knowledge transfer and mentor client teams to build internal capabilities.
