The opportunity:
As our Digital Experience Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping, optimising, and governing BankVic’s digital products and assets including our website, digital forms, tools, calculators and app. Your work will directly influence how our members discover, engage with, and enjoy our digital ecosystem.
Working closely with the Head of Product & Digital Experience, you’ll turn data into meaningful insights and recommendations that elevate our online member experience.
