The Digital Experience Business Analyst will support the Digital Experience team in delivering high-quality digital solutions across key operational and guest-facing platforms. This role ensures smooth execution of product enhancements, process improvements, and technology rollouts by bridging business needs with technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation
Collect, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria. - User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Develop test scenarios, coordinate UAT sessions, track issues, and ensure solutions meet business expectations before deployment. - Process Mapping & Optimization
Evaluate existing processes, identify pain points, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and overall digital experience.
