Effective and engaging communication through social media is a strategic priority in reaching citizens, stakeholders, and institutional audiences across the European Union and beyond. Social media channels - both institutional and personal (e.g. Director-General and senior management) - play a key role in promoting policy initiatives, enhancing transparency, and building trust in the European project. In this context, the expert is needed to help create and implement impactful, high-quality content and campaigns that reflect the Directorate-General’s vision, values, and objectives.
