This role reports to the Manager of Digital Customer Experience and requires fluency in French. You will focus on data analysis, personalizing customer journeys, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine the online shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize search performance and navigation strategies
• Analyze customer behavior and conduct competitive benchmarking
• Develop product recommendation strategies for site enhancement
• Monitor website performance indicators and identify improvements
• Participate in quality assurance testing for new implementations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
