• Designs and develops digital content of moderate complexity for a global customer and channel segments. Partners with other areas of the business to deliver seamless and intuitive communication and engagement experiences.

• 3 or more years of experience in digital content creation – copywriting, graphic design, user experience.
• 3 or more years of experience working with cross-functional teams and adjusting working styles to achieve desired outcomes.
• Familiarity with User Experience principles to deliver compelling designs that align with brand identity and tone, and deliver a seamless and intuitive customer experience.
