Digital Construction Coordinator

Digital Construction Coordinator. Reporting to the Digital Construction Manager, the Digital Construction Coordinator will oversee on-site Virtual Design and Construction (VDC)/Building Information Modeling (BIM) related project coordination, including model coordination with consultants and trade contractors. They will also facilitate the implementation of Digital Construction among the project team.

This position is based on site in Kamloops or Kelowna, BC.

Responsibilities

• Perform various project duties related to project VDC/BIM deployment as required.
• Perform design coordination and assist in identifying constructability issues with the project team and subcontractors.
• Lead and manage digital construction activities, ensuring they meet objectives and timelines.
• Participate in the creation of the BIM Execution Plan for the project.
