The University of Calgary is seeking a Sessional Instructor for the Digital Circuits course in Fall 2026. Ideal candidates will have strong teaching backgrounds and a master's degree in engineering.

Engage students in the Department of Electrical and Software Engineering while teaching ENEL 353: Digital Circuits. Candidates should possess a master's degree in electrical, computer, or software engineering and demonstrate expertise in the subject matter. Previous teaching experience or potential for strong teaching ability is crucial. Registration as a Professional Engineer in a Canadian province is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities: • Teach ENEL 353: Digital Circuits every Tuesday and Thursday • Conduct labs on Wednesdays from 3:00 pm to 5:45 pm • Lead tutorials on Mondays from 12:00 pm to 12:50 pm • Develop and deliver engaging course content • Guide students through complex engineering concepts
