The Digital Capability & BI Specialist develops, implements and sustains plant competency development programs and digital solutions to improve workforce capability, operational performance and continuous improvement. The role works closely with Operations, HR, Engineering and CI teams to identify capability gaps, deploy digital use cases and support strategic business initiatives.
Delivering team/area Key Performance Indicators (KPI) linked to the Compelling Business Need (CBN) in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Engagement through capability building, digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Drive a strong Safety, Health & Environment culture and role model safe behaviors.
- Ensure compliance with SHE policies, PPE requirements, and safety standards.
