Your role and work environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Business Expert to join our Pay with Cash Squad within the Daily Banking & Savings Tribe.

This role plays a key part in shaping ING’s ATM strategy, ensuring that customers’ cash needs are met while delivering outstanding customer experience and maintaining strict cost efficiency. You will work at the intersection of business strategy, customer insights, partner management and data‑driven decision making.

The team is responsible for defining and executing long term strategy considering market trends, closely monitoring customer behaviors and partner performance, and translating insights into concrete actions together with Data Analytics, Marketing and Customer Interaction teams.
