Digital Business Developer - Philippines

About the role CLaaS2SaaS is looking for a Digital Business Developer to drive enrollment growth across our Retail and iBPO (business process outsourcing workforce) learner segments under our Learn2SaaS programme. You'll operate as part sales hunter, part education consultant proactively finding individual leads, understanding their goals, and guiding them from first conversation to enrolled learner. This is a hybrid, high-autonomy role built for someone who's comfortable working independently, engaging prospects mostly through evenings and weekends (with weekdays off in return), and using modern AI and automation tools to move faster than a traditional telesales rep.
