Digital Business Analyst

The Digital Business Analyst (DBA) will partner with the client team to support both business‑as‑usual responsibilities and new digital initiatives. The DBA will assist in coordinating digital solutions driven by client and work with stakeholders to support the deployment of the solutions across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to elicit citizen and business needs using human‑centred and visual techniques such as service journey mapping and design thinking workshops.
• Develop business cases that support digital initiatives and transformation objectives.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to define user stories, functional specifications, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria.
