What you do as a Digital and AI Lead (Water and Maritime)

As Digital & AI Lead, you will drive the adoption and practical application of digital and AI solutions within our Philippines office, supporting our Advisory Group to deliver projects more efficiently, consistently, and innovatively. You will work closely with project teams, technical specialists, and regional stakeholders to embed digital tools and AI into day-to-day engineering and consultancy workflows.

In this role, you act as a key link between the global Business Line strategy and local delivery, ensuring that corporate digital and AI ambitions are translated into tangible improvements in project performance, quality, and client value. You will collaborate with the Business Line Digital & AI Lead and contribute to regional initiatives, while focusing on local implementation and impact.
