Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Analytics & Insights

- Lead analytics efforts using CleverTap and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track, measure, and optimize user behavior across app and web.
- Deploy GTM tags to track events & parameters for analytics platforms.
- Define and implement custom events, parameters, and funnels to capture meaningful user interactions.
- Build, maintain, and automate performance dashboards and internal reporting using
- Looker Studio and other visualization tools.
- Translate complex data into actionable business insights and growth opportunities.

Martech & Automation Management

- Own and manage the CleverTap platform, including automation journeys, segmentation, in-app notifications, and pop-ups.
- Drive personalized user engagement campaigns to enhance retention, conversions, and lifetime value.
