We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Digital Adoption Associate to join our team at CureMD. This position is ideal for someone passionate about enhancing user experiences and driving digital transformation through technology. The Digital Adoption Associate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing in‑app guidance content such as walkthroughs, tooltips, announcements, and onboarding task lists to support seamless user engagement.
Job Responsibilities
- Build, edit, and optimize DAP elements including walkthroughs, onboarding task lists, in‑app announcements (e.g., ShoutOuts), surveys, and contextual tooltips.
- Draft content scripts or storyboards with clear instructional text tailored to user roles and tasks.
