The Clinical Dietitian is an integral member of the interdisciplinary health professional team and is responsible for the nutrition care, disease management and education of patients. The Dietitian initiates a cost effective nutrition therapy comprised of patient assessment, the development and implementation of a patient-centered, goal-focused care plan, with ongoing evaluation.
