• Prepare food for serving to residents
• Ensure meals meet resident satisfaction standards
• Respond to concerns with appropriate actions
• Perform catering duties for booked events
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor
Requirements:
• Experience in food services within healthcare
• Secondary school education or equivalent
• Preferred certifications: Food Safe Level 1, Smart Serve, First Aid
• Strong communication skills in English
• Demonstrated understanding of senior needs
