Die Maintenance Technician - Precision Machine Upkeep

Responsibilities

• Perform die set maintenance and machine set up
• Responsible for the maintenance of all equipment in Press Section
• Daily checking of machine condition and performance, including parts inventory
• Reports to superior any particular machine trouble or changes
• Ensure that all die set are in good condition before set up and during mass production
• Update maintenance record of all die set and report to Die Maintenance Senior Technician and Section Head
• Responsible for the modification and fabrication of machines or equipments for the continuous improvement of the process
