Position Overview
This position is responsible for monitoring the production of all dialing platforms in addition to other applications and software. The Dialer Administrator works closely with the Operations team and other departments to ensure work standards are met, dialing schedules are on‑time and accurate, and company and regulatory policies are adhered to. The ideal candidate provides reporting that outlines the production of dialing agents and focuses on key performance indicators used to manage our business. The role also involves recommending best practices to enhance efficiencies and performance.
Position Responsibilities
- Perform system configurations for multiple applications, install software on local and remote machines, and manage updates and upgrades to minimize downtime.
