Responsibilities
- Drive data analytics strategies to achieve the data transformation objectives and desired outcomes, which include the alignment with WOG directions and initiatives.
- Drive the adoption of data analytics and build data analytics competencies and capabilities.
- Engage business units to understand their use‑case and translate them to dashboards for insights or to adopt machine learning tools to automate processes.
- Create and maintain a short to mid‑term data analytics roadmap with the business unit that sets out the deliverables and milestones to achieve the desired outcomes.
- Coordinate the planning, prioritisation and integration of data analytics initiatives in collaboration with all Divisions.
- Monitor the progress of data analytics initiatives and provide updates to ICT and Digitalisation Steering Committee (IDSC).
